Teri joined the United States Navy and dedicated 20 years to serving our country. She saw quite a bit of the United States and various countries and took an interest in real estate, comparing architecture, building styles and pricing from all over the world.

She got into real estate because she has a house fetish and loves to look at and show houses. In order to keep her from buying every house she looked at, she decided to get her real estate license and assist others in finding their dream property. She is very passionate about her clients and their wishes and has an innate ability to find the perfect property for each.

She is a full time REALTOR, serving both buyers and sellers of San Angelo and their Real Estate needs. She received the Accredited Buyers Representative Certification so she would be more adept at assisting buyers in negotiating the twists and turns of buying a new home. Having served 20 years in the Navy, she knows the stress of changing duty stations so she worked toward her Military Relocation Professional Certification in order to better serve both incoming and transferring military personnel in the Goodfellow AFB area. She also earned a Graduate, REALTOR Institute (GRI) designation, which teaches in-depth knowledge on technical subjects as well as fundamentals of real estate. Teri believes that knowledge is the key to ensuring her clients are well taken care of and informed. If she is well educated in the field, they will be better represented. Teri also earned her Residential Leasing Specialist (RLS). This course gives important information on the laws governing landlords and property managers. She is both, and is happy to assist owners with their rentals.
Teri stays busy in the San Angelo Association of REALTORS on the Governmental Affairs Committee, the Entertainment Committee and assisting with many of the fund raisers for Texas Real Estate Political Action Commission (TREPAC). TREPAC is a legislative watchdog protecting private property rights, preserving the dream of home ownership, and supporting the vitality of the real estate industry. Teri is also active in the community. She was appointed to and serves on the San Angelo Public Arts Commission, is a board member of the downtown Kiwanis Club, assists pet rescue organizations, and supports the San Angelo Downtown Association.

"I am a REALTOR because everyone needs a place to call home. I feel blessed to be able to help buyers and sellers navigate the purchase or sale of a home, land, or a commercial venture. And, it is really FUN!"
